Terms and Conditions for UXClouds

Welcome to UXClouds! Before you proceed, please read and understand these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using our website hosting services, including Shared Hosting, Business Hosting, WordPress Hosting, VPS Servers, Domain Registrations, Business Emails, and Premium SSL, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
1.1. UXClouds provides Super fast Shared, Business, WordPress Hosting, and VPS Servers to our customers. Our hosting plans come with features such as Litespeed, Immunify360, Jetbackup 5, Cloudlinux, and more, ensuring the best experiences for our users. Additionally, we offer domain registration, business email services, and premium SSL certificates to our clients.
2. Account Creation and Usage
2.1. To access our services, customers must create an account either through our website’s signup page or while purchasing any of our services, such as hosting, domains, SSL, emails, etc.
2.2. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities performed under their account.
2.3. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and promptly update it if any changes occur.
3. Payment and Currencies
3.1. UXClouds collects payments in two currencies:
– INR (Indian Rupees) for customers located in India.
– USD (US Dollars) for customers from the rest of the world who prefer to pay in USD.
3.2. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges associated with their payments.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1. UXClouds provides a 30 Days money-back guarantee for Hosting plans, a 7-day money-back guarantee for VPS plans, and a 15-day money-back guarantee for SSL & Email services. Refunds will not be offered if the account is terminated, will be terminated, or has received a warning from our team for violating our terms.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1. UXClouds strictly prohibits the hosting of any adult content, phishing sites, scam sites, crypto mining operations, self-video hosting platforms (e.g., movie websites like Netflix, video hosting platforms like YouTube), or any illegal content. Such activities will lead to immediate blocking of the account.
5.2. Storing multiple large zip files for public download, hosting movies or videos, and using hosting services for storing large files are not permitted. Customers engaging in these activities are advised to opt for a VPS server instead of Shared Hosting.
6. Customer Rights and Responsibilities
6.1. UXClouds is a hosting service provider, and any client using our servers to host their website retains all rights and responsibilities for their website content. UXClouds does not claim ownership of any customer-hosted sites.
7. Website Security
7.1. UXClouds takes website security seriously. We have implemented Immunify360 to actively scan every directory for malware, with kill mode enabled to eliminate any malware immediately. Additionally, we have set up KernelCare for server-end security. Our use of Cloudlinux ensures that each cPanel is isolated from each other, preventing the compromise of one cPanel from affecting others. We value our customer data and have taken multiple measures to keep it secure.
8. Customer Support
8.1. UXClouds provides a Knowledge Base for customers to quickly find solutions. If customers don’t find a solution, we offer Live Chat support and Ticket-based support. Our support team is dedicated to providing timely and helpful assistance.
9. Fair Usage Policy
9.1. UXClouds believes in providing a fair usage policy to every customer. Customers are important to us, and we strive to ensure that bandwidth, disk space, RAM, and other resources are utilized efficiently. If resource consumption goes against the usage policy, we will contact the customer and provide sufficient time to upgrade to a higher plan with more resources.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. In the event of any disputes, UXClouds aims to resolve them through internal communication with the customer. However, if serious issues arise, the customer and UXClouds shall proceed with legal action in Indian Courts.
11. Account Termination
11.1. UXClouds will provide a warning before taking any action against an account found to be in violation of our terms. If the violation continues, we will give the customer 30 days’ notice before terminating the account.
12.1. UXClouds may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Customers will be notified of any material changes through their account email or by prominent notice on our website.
