1.1. UXClouds offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.

1.2. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team through our ticket-based system or by reaching out to us via Live Chat. Refund requests made within the 30-day period will be promptly processed.

1.3. Refunds will be issued for the hosting fees paid, excluding any additional services, domain registration fees, or other non-refundable charges.

2. VPS Plans Refund

2.1. UXClouds offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for all VPS plans. If you are not satisfied with your VPS hosting experience within the first 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.

2.2. To request a refund for your VPS plan, please contact our customer support team through our ticket-based system or via Live Chat within the 7-day period.

2.3. Refunds will be issued for the VPS hosting fees paid, excluding any additional services, domain registration fees, or other non-refundable charges.

3. SSL Certificates and Email Services Refund

3.1. UXClouds offers a 15-day money-back guarantee for SSL Certificates and Email Services. If you are dissatisfied with these services within the first 15 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.

3.2. To request a refund for SSL Certificates or Email Services, please contact our customer support team through our ticket-based system or via Live Chat within the 15-day period.

3.3. Refunds will be issued for the SSL Certificate or Email Service fees paid, excluding any domain registration fees or other non-refundable charges.

4. Exceptions to Refund Policy

4.1. UXClouds reserves the right to deny a refund request if the customer’s account is found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.

4.2. Refunds will not be provided for accounts that have been terminated or are scheduled for termination due to a breach of our terms or the receipt of warnings from our team.

5. Processing of Refunds

5.1. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date the refund request is approved.

5.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Cancelation of Services

6.1. If you wish to cancel your service(s) and are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed based on the guidelines specified in sections 1, 2, and 3 of this Refund Policy.

6.2. Please note that once the refund is processed and the account is terminated, all associated data and content on the account will be permanently deleted.
